Beat part is the owner let us use her karaoke JBL to sing for one of out friend’s birthday , and you know what happen next, everyone sing and sing, sing…. “ First off, they remodeled the interior and it’s much more welcoming and cleaner looking compared to the previous restaurants at that location. Perfect for big parties and families to dine at. We had dinner right at 6, so no crowds yet and service was great - friendly staff with good recommendations. Food came out in a timely manner. For the food: we did the combo fried egg noodle - it was alright, it’s not the birds nest noodle dish we thought of — it was thicker fried egg noodle. The dish felt clumsy with the thick noodles everywhere. Wouldn’t get again tbh Grilled Canadian whelk with spicy sauce was good - has a sweet flavor to it and a nice chewiness to the whelk. Razor with scallion oil and peanuts - can’t go wrong with this, it was very good, especially if you add some of their sweet garlic fish sauce to it, it was tasty! (Also, the razor clams were fresh and cleaned very well , it didn’t have that gritty sandy taste to it. Most restaurants don’t clean it well so I was hesitant on ordering it) would definitely order again! The surf clam salad was our favorite dish!! It was packed with flavor of sweet and salty, spicy and citrusy, and the surf clam was tender and plentiful!! Would recommend !! We will be back to try more dishes! Excited for a Vietnamese seafood restaurant with variety! ”
